Lilly provides strategic leadership for ChildFund Ethiopia, guiding program implementation and organizational growth to ensure lasting impact for children and communities, especially during times of crisis.

With over 30 years of senior management experience in both development and humanitarian sectors, Lilly has held leadership roles at Save the Children, including Head of Programmes for East and Southern Africa, as well as Operations Support Manager for Plan International Kenya and Country Director for Plan International Malawi.

Lilly’s results-driven approach and proven expertise in program development, resource mobilization, and team leadership make her an essential force in advancing ChildFund’s mission to improve the lives of children and communities throughout Ethiopia. 

She holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from the United States International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Community Development from Daystar University.
